Takes about five minutes. Have your logo file ready. It’s required for card-cost and coin sponsorships; it is optional at sponsorship submission if you’re donating products, merchandise, accessories or services.
Items need to reach us before the event so we can sort them and pack the swag bags.
Nov 15, 2026
This deadline is for shipped or dropped-off items, once we’ve approved them. Card-cost and coin sponsors upload their logo with the sponsor form.
If something will be late, email us before the deadline.
Put your sponsor reference on the outside of every box. You’ll get it after you submit the form.
Email robb@veteranscannabiscare.org to pick a drop-off time before you come, so someone is there to receive it.
If you ship, email us your tracking number.
Veterans Cannabis Care Inc. is a 501(c)(3). Your generosity gets you:
The acknowledgment describes donated items and services but does not state their value. Ask your tax advisor what you can deduct.
Every sponsor’s logo is printed at the same size. Your logo appears on this page as soon as your sponsorship is secured: when your payment is received, or, for product, merchandise, accessory and service donations, once we approve it.
We review every donation, and we contact every donor after they submit. We may decline a logo or donation that doesn’t align with the purpose or values of this Veterans appreciation event.
Sponsorship does not include a vendor space. To exhibit at the event, register separately on the vendor page.
Nothing is sold at this event. It’s a free day for Veterans, and 100 Veterans will receive free Florida medical marijuana cards, provided by Veterans Cannabis Care and Grove Bags.
