Partner commitment

All participating dispensaries and brand partners MUST bring enough swag, promotional items, or pre-made swag bags for a minimum of 100 Veterans.

Every Veteran attending should have the opportunity to leave feeling welcomed, valued, and appreciated. We do not want some Veterans receiving gifts while others leave empty-handed.

Our Veterans showed up for us. On this day, we are asking our industry partners to show up for them.

Please plan accordingly for 100 Veterans and help us make this a memorable day of appreciation, community, and support.

V1–V11 all cost the same, so be the first to claim your position. These indoor spaces are for dispensaries, brand partners, or cannabis device brands.

V12, V13, the food spaces and the medical relief tent are outdoors on the courtyard, open to any vendor — dispensaries, brand partners and device brands included, if you’d rather be beside the stage.

What you're bringing

This is a promotional giveaway event — nothing is sold on the grounds. Tell us what you'll be handing out and showing, and be specific: we cap how many brands bring the same thing.

Dispensary and Brand partner are the categories eligible for the eleven indoor spaces. Brand partner covers accessories, apparel, wellness and services. Food — no alcohol applies to the two outdoor food spaces. Nothing is sold on the grounds at all, and no alcohol is served.

Before you pay

How a space gets held

Sponsorships are separate. Respect, Love and Support are $1,000 each and buy no space on the grounds — each is a CASH donation given to a selected Veteran.

Nothing is sold at this event. It is a free promotional day for Veterans — you are there to give things away, demonstrate and meet people, not to trade.

Approval is automatic. Submit every required field and pay at the same time, and the space is yours — there's no waiting on a review.

An incomplete application doesn't hold anything. The space stays on the plan until a complete one lands.

V1–V11, the indoor spaces, are for dispensaries, brand partners and cannabis device brands. Every outdoor space is open to any vendor — including those three. The rule limits who goes indoors, not where they may go.

Dispensaries and brand partners must bring swag, promotional items, or pre-made swag bags for a minimum of 100 Veterans. It is a condition of taking a space, not a suggestion.

What we provide

A marked footprint, an 8 ft table, and placement on the printed site map handed to every attendee.

Power is provided indoors. Outdoor spaces are unpowered — say so on the form if you plan to run a generator.

Load-in runs 7:30–9:00 AM, vehicles clear of the grounds by 9:00.

No refunds

Space fees are final. Spaces are non-refundable and non-cancellable once paid — including no-shows and weather.
